How much width can you gain?

The surgeon will be able to advise you how much extra girth you can expect following examination. It depends on your anatomical endowment and how much fat can be injected, but this will usually be between 20-50 ml.

Typically, a penis enhancement carried out with fat will result in a long term gain of around 20% in circumference - around one to two centimetres. Penis enhancement with fat can provide a permanent change, since the fat which gains a blood supply becomes permanent tissue. However, it is important to understand that the result you see immediately after the procedure will change. Not only will there be initial swelling, not all fat will survive. In general, around 50% of the fat injected into the penis will go on to become permanent tissue.
